Built from Years of Watching Businesses Struggle with the Wrong Tools
Swift Apps did not start with a business plan. It started with frustration.
After building web and mobile applications for Australian businesses, one pattern kept appearing. Operators running complex, high-volume businesses were still managing everything on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and phone calls. Not because they did not want better tools. Because the tools that existed were either built overseas and did not understand how Australian businesses work, or they were priced for large enterprises and completely out of reach for a small operator.
We watched a fleet owner manage 50 cars from three Excel sheets and a notebook. We watched a hire company spend the first two hours of every morning manually planning driver runs on a printed map. We watched a booking agency deal with double bookings every single week because they had no system to check availability properly.
The problems were obvious. The solutions were not complex. But nobody had built them affordably for the Australian market.
So we did. Swift Apps is the result of years of hands-on experience, combined with a genuine belief that every Australian business deserves software that works the way they work without a six-figure price tag to prove it.

The Gap Nobody Was Filling
There is no shortage of software companies in Australia. What there is a shortage of is software companies building affordable, industry-specific tools for small and medium Australian operators.
The enterprise solutions exist. Salesforce, SAP, the big fleet management platforms, the global booking systems. They are powerful and they are priced accordingly. For a business turning over $500k a year, a $50,000 implementation plus $2,000 a month is not a realistic option.
The generic tools exist too. Calendly for bookings. Xero for invoicing. A random fleet tracker from the UK. A skip bin company in Melbourne running four different disconnected tools and manually copying data between them every day.
Swift Apps fills the gap between those two worlds. Products that are properly built, properly integrated and properly priced for Australian businesses that are serious about growing but not yet at enterprise scale. And for businesses that need something completely custom, we build that too.
We started Swift Apps because we were tired of watching capable operators limit their growth because their tools were holding them back. That still drives everything we build.
